I don't pray to God to do bad things to people.
I pray to God that he bless this scammer.

Your son, a minor, opened an eBay account.
He sold an iPhone 12 for $1200.
How did he get paid?
Neither eBay nor Paypal allow minors to sell on eBay. Partly this is because minors cannot legally enter contracts. Partly it is to prevent them from being defrauded, since most children are naive and easily fooled.
We'll skip the lecture about your parental duty to supervise your son. Somehow he got an expensive phone and sold it on eBay for slightly less than the current price.
What was the scam?
Did the buyer claim he did not receive it?
Did the buyer say it was not as described?
Did the buyer return something other than what was sent?
When was it sold?
When was it paid?
Did the buyer persuade the child to mail the phone before he was paid?
Did the buyer ask that the shipping address be changed?
Or was your son the buyer?
Did he receive anything?
Did he receive a picture or an empty box?
What was the date of the purchase and the date of the delivery?
Since English is not your first language, give details in your own language. There are enough sellers here who can read it and give you advice how to perhaps get the money back if not the phone.

What was the scam?
Given the location city/state of that well known address I would venture to surmise it was a "text me" scammer, "change of address" scammer, or someone that actually paid and used the "phony snad/return a cheap trinket" ploy.
It would only be in the last case, if the seller can provide evidence that the item was actually forwarded to an international location (the buyer was not an employee of the reshipper business, or the item is not stored at the facility for later in person collection) that they stand a small chance.

Sorry that happened to your son. Unfortunately, their are many scammers who look for things of high value like computers & i phones.

Very sorry this happened to your son. It is extremely difficult to see one’s child victimized, so your anger and angst is understandable.
It can be a harsh world out there. It is imperative to know how to protect oneself from becoming a victim. Selling on eBay is an adult activity, with adult responsibilities. This is why it is against the rules for a minor to use eBay in any capacity, buying or selling, as other posters have noted.
If you can post the details of how your son was scammed, we may be able to offer some advice to help.

"Go to the hell scammer".
This phrase reminded me of a coworker who used to say 'Hell to the no' when he could have just said "no".

Be careful of all ill wishing: it could easily come back to you.
As for getting scammed: Need a lot more information on what happened.
