Global Shipping Programme not working

So frustrating but I guess I'm doing something wrong. I have ticked the box when setting up Global Shipping Programme but people are messaging me to say they are unable to bid.  My preferences are ticked where it says - Use for eligible listings and customize for some locations. 

Please help!

I’m not sure how to set it up however you do have 3 listings set up with the gsp...the Motorola, brass box and snuff box...I had to go to the UK site to see your other listings.(this is the US board)  Check those listings to see if the other ones are set up differently. You might also want to check on the UK boards to see if others are having problems.

I use GSP on all my listings.  I'm not experiencing any problems.
