Copied the following from the global shipping page:
The Global Shipping Program makes your items available to over 60 million buyers worldwide. You're protected from negative / neutral feedback, and have control over which of your items you want to ship through the program.
With the Global Shipping Program, you simply send your item to our domestic shipping center, and once it reaches us, your job is done – for all eligible items we’ll manage the international shipping and customs process for you.
Can someone show me where the fine print is about the feedback removal? I find that If a global shipping buyer leaves negative feedback It is the same as If it were a US based buyer and is not removable.

If the buyer negs because the item arrived broken, the neg can be removed. Any other reason sticks.

You can call and get a US rep, and read them the policy Southern Sweet Tea has posted, and they may remove the feedback for you.
You can try calling at around 8-10 AM Utah time.

Generally speaking, the short GSP summaries have misled many when it comes to GSP protections and responsibilities. Just as you were confused about feedback, some sellers are confused about SNAD claim responsibility with the GSP program. Southern sweet tea demonstrated above the specifics regarding your feedback question and why you always have to read the fine print!

Not showing a negative under this ID so if you had one hope it was removed
ebay CS has not only Utah but Texas & Ohio reps as well
So the Time Zone to call to TRY for a US rep ranges .
I have had great results with both Texas & Utah in the past
Thankfully I haven't had to call for awhile so I have never had the chance to deal with the new at home CS reps from Ohio .
