Getting permission to start selling

Do I need to get permission from eBay before start the selling?
If so, how should I do that?

I think you should do some research about ebay. Not a great place for sellers,a lot of scammers and ebay only supports buyers.

I don't think the ones from Sri Lanka have to much to worry about, dropshipping that cheap junk from China.

Your turn will come or maybe not may just be me but I dont see any of your items for sale. You would not be happy if ebay allowed one of their scammers to take you for 3800.00.

Check my completed listings. Took a week off. I wouldn't be lame enough to sell something for $3800 on eBay.
