I have just started selling on eBay. I still have some issues with labels, can’t figure out how to print them. The biggest issue is I have sold close to $400, and the money is yet to end up in my bank account. What do I do?
thanks!

Read the info in this page, specifically the part for "new / infrequent sellers"

After about 30 days the funds will be released.

You should understand that all new or returning sellers are subject to a 30 day payment holds on each sale. This is to build trust, make sure you know how to sell and so that you don't ship the buyer an empty box and close your account and run off with the money.
This lasts about 3 months and up to your first 25 sales. After that, you can get daily payouts. See below

These are the rules that you agreed to and affect all new and returning sellers.
To print shipping labels you can use your pending funds to pay for them.
If you desperately need cash to pay for urgent life expenses, it is best to sell locally for cash.

Go to your Manage Orders Awaiting Shipment screen.
https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord/?filter=status:AWAITING_SHIPMENT
Click on the blue words Purchase Shipping Label to the left of each item you have sold.

Did you register as a Seller? You need to provide your checking account# and social security# (for tax purposes). NAME on your checking account, social security card and EBAY profile page must be EXACT MATCH (or your application may be denied).
Normally, when you sell an item EBAY immediately deducts (selling fees + shipping) and balance is deposited into your checking account 3-5 AFTER sale is made.
For new sellers EBAY holds money for 30 days to make sure the transaction goes well.

Ebay has had a rule for many years that pertains to New Seller and sellers that have been away from selling for 90+ days. The following is the policy that outlines why you money is likely on hold.
