It looks like you're a new seller. New sellers will have their payouts held from 14 days to 30 days or longer depending on the amount of the sale.

eBay does this to ensure safe selling practices and to help sellers become established and build a strong selling history. 
Make sure all your checking account information is correct and matches your info on eBay.

EBAY holds back payments for 30-day because you are new Seller.   Normally EBAY sends payment 3-5 days AFTER sale is made.
