Here is a link to a sample listing.
https://www.ebay.com/itm/153209710389
Copied the code and used the "find" tool in notepad to look for anything http without the "s". Changed everything that had an http to https. I even went into the css and changed everything to https. Used the tool at isdntek and it shows everything as good.
Any ideas?

Does it have any other code in there that isn't html and is now prohibited by eBay?

Edit all your listings the check mark by all your listings select edit fields and innate it filled you scroll down to edit description when you select this you will come to another box go to the top of the box select from the drop-down menu find and replace another box will come up you type HTTP in the first box then put your cursor in the second box and tape top http close and Save this should clear up the problem.

Like "Active Content"? I We used eBay active content checker and everything came out OK.
Here is what eBay is saying:

We ended up getting ahlod of someone at eBay and they suggested the same thing:
"Edit all your listings the check mark by all your listings select edit fields and innate it filled you scroll down to edit description when you select this you will come to another box go to the top of the box select from the drop-down menu find and replace another box will come up you type HTTP in the first box then put your cursor in the second box and tape top http close and Save this should clear up the problem."
Generally, how long does it take for the error message to go away? Its been about 10 minutes since we did this and still being flagged.
Thanks!

If we clone an auction, it takes about 2-3 minutes for it to be flagged for Non-secure content (HTTP) issues

Usually it takes 30 minutes, to an hour where to take place when you edit in bulk at the top of the page it will tell you if you have errors in your listings or not that should be zero when you get done citing what you replaced then hit submit all your listings back to the site.

DO NOT CLONE OLD LISTING.
I had that problem at one time I cloned a lot of my items and boy did I mess up I had to go back and redo every one of them when Google's and eBay decided to change over to https any of my old listings would come up with errors so I had to make new templates for my auctions and my fixed price listings to get away from the errors.

Look for code in your externally hosted stylesheets. When the code passes all the other tools, but fails eBay, there is usually an external stylesheet that contains problem links or that calls yet another stylesheet with links.
I'll take a look as well

OK, here is what I found using an unpublished stylesheet scanner:
