Getting an error every time

I'm trying to list an item. Formby's Traditional Tung Oil Finish. Every time I try I get "It looks like there's a problem with this listing. This item is not permitted under the Hazardous Materials policy. Please do not relist.{e98126-1165403x}"

There are tons already listed and it can be shipped via ground and I've also added the info in the description outlining that it is a flammable item and can only be shipped ground, but still unable to list. Any help is appreciated

Is ground shipping the ONLY service you are offering?

Are you restricting sales to the lower 48?

Is it in the correct Category?

Just wondering on all of these given the vagueness of the error notice and that it could be something in the description that is the trigger.

Flammable items are prohibited.

Sell locally.

perfume and spray paint are flammable, but aren't prohibited?  And I have listed both. I've also seen tons of this  item listed and sold without any issues.

Just move on and list something else..

I would have to research and see specifically why it is being rejected,

the eBay policy is ever encompassing:

https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/prohibited-restricted-items/hazardous-materials-policy?id=4335

Some of these discontinued "chemicals" are sent through the mail without proper packaging or contain a carcinogenic chemical.

Old third grade standby,

"Does not matter if they do it, you can't..."

Do not continue to relist it, you will have problems with eBay.

Ah, thank you! I didn't restrict sales to the lower 48. Solved the problem.
