I think we are done with eBay. Very disappointed with their return policy for sellers. We reluctantly agreed to issue a refund to a disgruntled buyer for the first time ever. eBay immediately pushed through the refund and closed the issue before the buyer shipped the return. Now we are unable to even send a return shipping label because the issue is closed. I feel this is a very poor business practice.

Once you clicked the refund button that refunded the buyer and closed the case.
Contact the buyer and ask if they'll return the item if you send them a prepaid shipping label?

Oh, my. Yes, refund always follows return. Don't throw out the eBay with the bathwater... you learned.
Nobody can take that from you. Hang in there!
