Getting Offers

Hello someone,  I am new to selling on ebay.  I don't understand a lot of things. 

If have my items set up with a listed price and then a best offer price.  I also have a minimum price listed I will take.

?  If the offer is below my minimum price listed,  will Ebay even notify me?

? If it the exact price I have listed, does Ebay just notify  me that it is sold?

? If the price offered is somewhere between my asking price and the minimum, will Ebay notify  me?

If you have set the best offer to auto decline lower offers I don't think it will. It might for reference though

If you are asking if the buyer clicks "Buy it now" yes it will. If the price is within your offer range ebay will let you know and you can counteroffer, accept, or decline

Yes. Ebay will notify you and you can choose if you want to sell it at this price, make a counter offer for the buyer, or decline it. You have usually 48 hours otherwise the offer expires
