GLITCH ALERT!

I am a TRS and list all my auctions as TRS+ (30 day returns, 1 day handling).  I just relisted a bunch of these and noticed my badge wasn't showing.  I double checked my dashboard and I still meet the TRS standard.  I think assumed these must not be listed with 1 day handling time.  Nope fine.

Then I see the problem.  They are all listed with only a 14 day return policy.  I have never offered 14 day, only 30 day for ALL of my listings - bin or auction.  It is impossible that I would have ever changed these to 14 day.  So ... did a bulk edit all on my listings to change to 30 days,

This is most definitely a glitch and I don't know how long it's been like this and may be partly responsible for my low sales (low search placement) with this error.  My advise -- take a peak at your listings and be sure it is set for 30 day returns if it should be.  If not, you won't get your TRS+ discount.

Morning.  Is that how you listed them?  Is the 4-day handling correct?  

I had no problem with the handling time, only the return policy.  I listed them at 30 days but they all had been reverted to 14 days.  Did you check your handling time?

I think she's telling you to check your handling time because she saw 2 of your listings with 4 day handling.

@badwolf12 ALL of my BINS are 4 day handling, as I said in my original post I list my AUCTIONS as TRS+ (30 day return, 1 day handling).  I do not list my bins as such.  

But thanks ..  I just re-read her post and I see what she was saying now.
