Hello,

I was hoping you could help me with this. I have attached a snip. I have not received the funds for the item sold (from ebay) though they say they have been released Oct 25. I have verified my bank account as well and all seems fine. please advise. thank you

Hi, not sure why you've attached tracking information, but new sellers are subject to stricter guidelines, such as an extended hold on funds.

You're a seller with 0 feedback selling high value items - this is a very risky place to start out on eBay. In addition, you're selling the same 'pre-owned' items repeatedly ("Yves Saint Laurent Belle du Jour Clutch" & "Tory Burch Crossbody Bag"), but using the exact same photos. If you're relisting the auctions because buyers aren't paying, then you have another problem - either way, these issues are all related.

Without going into to much detail, you're setting off just about every single eBay "new seller" red flag that exists, and, TBH, it's extremely likely that you'll get shut down altogether. I highly recommend you search google and this forum for new seller tips before attempting to sell anything else.

I don't see anything in that snippet that says your funds were released on October 25, 2021. I see that an item was delivered on October 25, 2021, but nothing about funds being released.

Ok, you have verified the buyer has paid, and now you are waiting for your funds to be released from a new-seller hold? You’ll find the estimated release date of your payments in My eBay Sold. It can take up to 21 days for the funds to be released but once the package is delivered, most won’t have to wait that long. If the buyer leaves good feedback, that can also speed up the process.
