Funds being on hold but can’t figure out why?

I started selling around November and got the funds on hold which I know it was because I was a new seller, got the money after the 14 or something days. Fast forward to the end of December sold another item and funds didn’t go on hold and got the money quick, then couple days later sold some more stuff, buyer confirms he received the items but this time the funds are held again for 14 days. So I know this time the funds are not on hold because I’m new or infrequent selling since I just did the same couple days before and had no problem.
