I am so mad today. I had to cancel all my listings because of people who claim that they got hacked. I am dealing with 2 unauthorised transaction cases on PayPal. I am selling digital products on eBay for about 4-5 months now and I didn't get any complaints from my customers but I am taking a break from eBay because there is no seller protection on eBay about these kinda situations.
I guess this scam method is one way to buy free product on eBay. Come on eBay is it this easy to scam sellers? Do you really believe that all my buyers are getting hacked after they purchase an expensive product from me all of a sudden?
I don't know how to deal with these cases. Does anyone have any idea?

Do you have tracking numbers that show the item was shipped and delivered? If so all you should have to do is upload those to paypal. Yes, they already have the information, but if you upload it again and then call Paypal and ask to have the case closed in your favor you should be fine. If you don't upload the tracking again you will LOSE, so don't wait, just do it.

The OP isn't going to have tracking because he is selling digital items and emailing them, which is not allowed.

Have you been following the Digital Delivery policy?
http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/downloadable.html
Do you even have the legal rights to be selling those items?

I know about digital delivery policy and i cant provide tracking numbers of digital deliveries. i can only show them my mails and messages. Also I dont think anything is gonna change even if I provided any tracking info. if selling digital producst are not allowed but there are still sellers, does that mean i can do the same scam and get away with it?

I believe digital products are supposed to be listed in the Ebay classifieds.

I'm sorry, I'm not thumbs-upping your post to cheer your scam buyers frustration, but because I just feel in agreement with you about the automatic siding/favoring dishonest buyers. I know from my own recent handful of experiences it can be more than time-consuming to fight and escalate and provide documentation. I also wonder if there's an increase in this activity for the holidays coming up, or, if it's just a decline in Seller Protection. I didn't read the replies yet but I'm guessing you'll probably get some good advice from senior members. I hope your situation improves with some direction from members here.
