Why in the world does the customers eBay username not show on a packing slip and more importantly an order receipt?
If you want to make it optional that would be fine, but how is it not even an option?
Lets say a customer messages you through eBay after sales have been printed for shipping. You want to go find his order. You actually have to search his eBay username to find his real name so you can find their order. Seriously?
Does the person making these decisions on what is included on an slip / receipt actually SELL on eBay? What am I missing?
I've never started a thread on the community before because I figured, 'they'll fix it soon', 'they'll fix it soon'. Welp, it never gets fixed.

Did you see in the question that we're talking about the "order receipt"? Not eBay messages.
Go to your orders in Awaiting Shipment. On an order dropdown to choose "Print Packing Slip and more". Check "Order receipt" (or "Packing Slip" for that matter). Neither one will display a buyers username on the order.
