Just ran into this issue with a buyer. On their phone along with my iphone the request total option is not there for a freight shipped item. Anyone know how to address this? eBay customer service was tell the customer to log in on a computer to commit to buy then request a total from you. I find it extremely frustrating to tell a customer for a $1000+ item. Sorry ebay will not allow you to do this on your phone please log into ebay on a computer.
