I have been working on a Turbo Lister file for a week now... and just decided to do a fee-calculator to make sure i didn't miss removing any fee-based add-ons.... to my surprise, i have a 30c fee for EACH listing... even tho I CLEARLY have 50 free-bees in my seller's page with 0 used.
does it upload and automatically get the credit for them?
can you not use Turbo Lister and still qualify for free listings?
what's going on? got 10 final fee freebees i want to use TONIGHT, but not paying to list them when i get 50 free... help... anyone?

Promotions and free listings are not considered when eBay shows you the estimated fee in Turbo Lister.
If your listing qualifies, it will count against your free listings and the confirmation screen will show that it had zero fees after it uploads.
They do this for a reason - because the calculation is done before the upload.
If you have a listing special that ends at 12:00 PM pacific time and you calculate the fees in Turbo Lister at 11:59:59 PM and then wait 5 minutes before uploading, you would have the opposite problem - you would be told they were going to be free and then you would end up being charged 30 cents when you actually uploaded it.
This way eBay always over-estimates the fees, rather than underestimating them.
When I am uploading a bunch of listings, I always upload one of them first to make sure the fees are zero before sending the rest of the batch.

Oh and also there is a BIN fee on the listings I used that option which is SUPPOSED to be free as well.
