I have nothing against forwarding but would like to learn more about different locations and where the packages are forwarded to from those locations. I ship my items to forwarders and I barely had issues.
I think forwarders are in NY , NJ, FL, GA, TX, CA but I don’t know where the packages are dispatched to from those locations. Do you know where items are going?

East Coast forwarders generally serve European buyers, FL forwarders serve mostly South and Central America, OR+CA forwarders mostly to Asia. There are also forwarders scattered near the Canadian border ( ND and Upstate NY) that serve Canadian buyers.
As mentioned you can usually see the buyers location on their feedback page although some users will be US Registered (a good thing because then there is no 1.65% International fee).

No, you do not know where the forwarder is shipping the item. Only the forwarder has that information.

you can usually see where a buyer is located by the feedback page
at least I think you can see what country they are from or registered in
the majority of my FF users are from Deleware and Oregon

This would be if buyer adds forwarder’s address to ship to his/her section, right?
Sometimes forwarder is buying themselves on buyer’s behalf and you can’t see where buyer is located.

Many freight forwarders are located in Delaware and Oregon.
What makes those two states more attractive? No State Sales Taxes.
I am sure the eBay buyers who use freight forwarders do pay something to those forwarders.
If they can save on sales taxes, so much the better.

And that could be because neither Delaware nor Oregon has a state sales tax.

And while we are at the issue of forwarders, I assume that people buying things that are almost undoubtedly coming from China but "located" in Los Angeles or Oakland are coming in by the boatload to a forwarder in the US whether US buyers know they are using one or not.

i was shipping directly to forwarder name and address in US and was still charged international fee before. So I can’t figure when you are charged and when not.

Check the buyer's feedback page to see in what country the buyer is registered. The registration location is not necessarily the same as the shipping location, particularly if the shipping address is a freight forwarder.
The foreign transaction fee applies if either of the following are true:

If buyer uses forwarder to buy item- the location is USA.
