For those who wonder if a potential buyer receives any message from eBay when they are blocked....here's you answer. See attached screen shot.
Here's a buyer who, through messages, offered $110 for a $125 BIN listing. I said I would accept it. Shipping would be approximately $5.00.
He responds that he is blocked. I check my list. Yes he is, for some past reason who knows how long ago. I decide to remove the block and let him know it has been removed.
I revised the listing to include Best Offer option. He then attempts to make an offer of less than $110, but is blocked by the Unpaid Items block I have set. He send me a screen shot confirming that he was blocked.
Along with his screen shot, he replies, Too many barriers.
Yup. Block reinstated.
