Any time.

I find items get more views off the bat when listed during normal daytime hours from Sunday through Thursday.  They show up as new for a couple days, then things cool down, then when they get close to the end of the 30 days they pick up again as eBay shows them as "ending soon".    If an item is not getting a lot of views don't be afraid to end it and start it again.  I had one item that was not getting much action, but a buy it now bandit bought, then immediately cancelled, so I relisted and that relist got a lot more interest and just sold tonight it looks like for real.

Stuff that starts and ends late at night doesn't see the sales or follow through because the times it's fresh and the times it's ending soon are outside of most people's waking hours.

Since they renew  every month, it does not matter.

In theory you could try to guess when your target audience might be searching eBay for newly listed items and try to time it to that, but IMHO that would just be speculation.

Fixed price listings renew on the same day each month until sold, or ended, so the only factor to be considered is that when listed the 1st time it shows as "newly listed" for a couple of days, so maybe starting on a Friday would have it showing as "newly listed" most of the weekend.

@buyselljack2016   eBay had advised on a Weekly Chat that the "New" listing identifier remains for 24 hours ... granted they could be wrong ...

Thanks for that info. Had never paid close enough attention to the exact amount.  I will attempt to put that fact into my memory bank, but with each advancing year the memory bank becomes less efficient😊

My stuff sells at any time during the 30 day cycle, any time of day.  It really makes no difference.  The only thing that prompts more sales is more listing.

Agree with relisting if it seems to be kind of dead in the water - I'll often tweak it.
