Is there any way of finding best seller products on eBay in any category and their stats like items sold?

According to Google here are biggest categories on eBay.
1. Used smart phones. Think Apple Iphones.
2. Used clothing. Think thrift stores.
3. Lap top computers. Think Apple Macs.
4. Auto Parts.
5. Trading cards. Think Pokemon.
6. Sneakers. Think Nike Air Jordans.
7. Gamming consoles. Thinks Sony Play Station
8. Crypto mining supplies. Think high end Nvidia graphic cards.
9. Hot Christmas toys. Think Tickle Me Elmo, and Cabbage Patch Kids.
10. Fad items. Think Pet rocks, POGS, and Fidgit spinners.

I might argue that's the wrong equation. Sell what sells and make a profit, any profit whether hear or Brick & Mortar, Co-Op or Flea Market. Preferably product that doesn't take much education to support and doesn't have high ticket making it more target for getting taken.
For example, fella I met has a board game store, wargames, this/that, Magic Gathering... On-On. He'd making 3D print figurines now and doing very very very well at it. Cost in per is next to nothing. I'd pointed him at some online coursewares to learn, pointed him at the applications he need learn, not long back I helped him set up a print server network in store, wants me set one up in his house. The one in the store has 12 printers now and they basically run all day long 10 hours a day six days a week. They are about .30-.45 cents to produce start to end, thats materials, electric etc and he gets between $5 and $11 for each one and sells "sets" as well, like 10 of these for $35 or that set for $50. Selling quicker than he can make em' hence wanting one in home. I already designed the network so he can use a micro PC as well as Windows based convertible touch screen Laptop so he can just queue up jobs no matter if he's laying out in the yard or watching TV. Next comes a turntable so he doesn't have to chase after taking the figurines off. I designed (haven't made one yet) but the logic/circuitry is all designed so he can run five prints at a time per printer without having to attend to them.

Clearly, the OP is looking for a service like those which are available for Amazon which allow parasites to target categories and products which are selling well at profitable prices to steal sales from existing sellers.
I will not even name those services available for Amazon, since the Amazon sellers do not deserve these bloodsuckers either.

Hit the thrift stores, estate sales, yard sales, etc and sell what catches your eye. Sell what you like to collect. Do your research like the rest of us do
