I explained it above. For starters, everybody in this thread is working off the numbers in your first post, but you charged $4.45 for shipping, not $4.00 as posted which is why nobody else's numbers will match your fees. As I said earlier:
"Sellers such as yourself that are in managed payments have a 12.35% final value fee plus a $0.30 transaction fee.
Fees on $35.45 should total $4.68. The fee is on the total amount though, so if the buyer paid sales tax that could increase the $4.68 to $5.01."
Texas has a 6.25% sales tax, but depending on the city/county that rate could go as high as 8.25%. The math works when you add in sales tax - $5.01 is an accurate fee.

Yes, you can. Go to a search engine and look up how to force your phone to use a website instead of redirecting you to the app. When you do that you'll be able to find the breakdown of fees in Seller Hub.

Are you in managed payments? If so, the fee % isn't 10.

eBay charges the seller fees on both the item and shipping charge in addition to a $0.30 transaction fee.

Sellers that haven't yet transitioned to managed payments have a 10% eBay fee and a 2.9% PayPal fee plus a $0.30 Paypal fee.
Sellers such as yourself that are in managed payments have a 12.35% final value fee plus a $0.30 transaction fee. Overall, your fee for this card is lower with managed payments.
Fees on $35.45 should total $4.68, unless the sale was to a buyer whose funding source is international. In that case you would pay an additional 1.65% or $0.59, making the total $5.26.
The fee is on the total amount though, so if the buyer paid sales tax that could increase the $4.68 to $5.01.

I’m strictly just buying and selling cards pretty good at it to been doublin all month(; what would you guys suggest for payouts? Given most of my cards sell from $10 -$40 and I charge 4 shipping with bubble mail. Just trying what saves me the most (shipping FVF etc) thx

Your in MP [Managed Payments] so your fee structure is different than it is for sellers not yet in this program.
Your fees are 12.35% plus a 30 cent per transaction fee [no matter the $$ of the sale].
The 12.35% is on your total sale price including sales tax.
$35.25 X 12.35% = 4.35 + 30 cent transaction fee = 4.65
Sales tax could account for a little more difference but I still can't arrive at $5.01.
So try this. Go to the Seller Hub. Then to the Payment Tab. Once you are there on the left click on EXPENSES. That will take you to a report you can scroll up and down on that will tell you exactly what fees were taken from your MP account to cover your sale.

At first glance it appears that you sold your card to a buyer from a state that charges 9.2% in sales tax rate (maybe Tennessee? but not sure)
$31 + $4 shipping = $35.00
$35.00 + $3.22 Sales Tax @9.2% (35.00 x .092) = $38.22
$38.22 x .1235 MP FVF = $4.72
$4.72 + $0.30 = $5.02

Sellers don't choose the payout method. You're in managed payments permanently (or until eBay switches payment systems again in the future).

I believe the question was a suggestion for either daily or weekly payouts.

Possibly, but why would the OP also say "Given most of my cards sell from $10 -$40 and I charge 4 shipping with bubble mail. Just trying what saves me the most (shipping FVF etc)"? Payout frequency has no effect on fees.

Hey everyone so I checked and the buyer is in Texas and since I’m on mobile I can’t check the exact fees for invoice just my overall fees. And my question was that what would be the cheaper option not frequency. But since I’m in managed I’m stuck. Thanks for all the info guys but I still don’t know why it’s $5.01 EXACTLY and he’s in Texas.....

as explained 12.35% of the total ( item cost, shipping, sales tax)paid by the buyer +$0.30.
Check "transactions" on a desktop computer under the "payments" tab in the sellers hub, and the whole fee thing will show up.
Post 8 lays it out plainly.
