Final Fee when I submit - Another change?

I went to list an item and at the Submit button was this.  Another new move by Ebay; Confusing?

I'd say you clicked an upgrade.   Bold type?   Gallery pic?    Extra foam?

@liawrig.nq8rdwqa3  Did you add a Subtitle, Gallery Plus, etc to your listing? I had that happen once, and reviewed my listing and it had a Subtitle which I did not select.
