File exchange download data error ???

Sometimes downloaded data from file exhange is showing ??? as error.

I tried to solve by character set and lauguage but it cannot be showed properly so now manually fixed.

Does anyone know how to solve this?

There seems to be file exchange problems & you would do better to post & see posts at the Tools & App board
