I recently cancelled an order at the buyers request. I also chose to NOT re-list the item. The cancellation went through, but I am seeing an additional charge of ~$22 for an ad fee? I don't know what this is and it is not showing any option to cancel this. It already took the money out of my bank account. How do I cancel this ad fee and get it refunded?

Not sure what happened there, but still shows as sold today 08/21 if it's the Funko Pop.

Wouldn't it still show as sold even when canceled?
@npope1313
Was the cancellation reason (at buyer's request) the real reason for cancelling?
There have been cases in which sellers give that as the reason as a way to avoid fees. But if buyers report the dishonest cancellation to ebay, it's possible they might still charge FVF. (If a seller ends an auction with bids early, the seller is assessed a FVF.)

An ad fee means you selected to use promoted listings. That service is paid for by you even if the sale is cancelled.

Looks like a promoted listing fee
IF you followed the proper cancellation protocols, I "think" it is reversed...the problem is the refund/cancel is in real time
the fee reversal takes a day or two, but will show up in that time frame as a credit against that fee....
(if that is what it is)
