Why is eBay telling me they are going  to  deduct funds from my account,  when all fees were taken out before  we received  any monies  from one sale on eBay. 

Our only sale on eBay  to date?

How did you get paid?Are you in managed payments?If you got payment in paypal the ebay fees were not taken out only the paypal fees,ebay bills monthly for their fees for sellers not in managed payments

Many different types of fees (listing fees, selling fees, EBAY store, promoted item fees, international money fees). 

Selling Fees are deducted immediately when your item sells in you enrolled in MANAGED PAYMENTS.    Listing Fees accrues every month for each item you have listed (deducted separately). 

EBAY Store fee every month (deducted separately)
