Ouch! Couple things.
If the item came back to you because you shipped to a bad address that was on the buyer's order, that is not your fault. If the buyer had of filed an INR, they would not have won. And Ebay does NOT make a seller refund the buyer anything on situations like this.
I however always advise the sellers to refund the buyer LESS the original shipping charges and FVFs on the amount you keep as well as your 40 cent transaction fee. Then just refund the rest tot he buyer and you are even and not out at least your funds, I know your time has value too, but sometimes we have to set that aside.
So you didn't need to fully refund this buyer. Keep that in mind if you find yourself in this situation again.
I would suggest you first try the automated version of requesting feedback removal. Make sure you mention that the buyer gave you a bad address and you got the package back. That is a critical piece of info.
Go to the Seller Help page. Towards the bottom of the screen you will see a place to click on to submit the feedback for removal.
https://www.ebay.com/sellerhelp/feedback?id=5566
Now if this doesn't work, and they do respond within a couple hours or less usually. Then you will need to contact Ebay, give them all the info and appeal this. The feedback should be removeable. Just stay kind and professional so they want to work with you and not just get you to go away. LOL
On each Ebay page there is a link to contact Customer Service at the top of the page and again at the bottom of the page.
I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.
Here are your options for contacting Ebay Customer Service. Please be aware that for social media CS, you send them a Private Message and briefly explain what your problem or issue is. Feel free to leave your Name, address, phone number and/or your email address in this message. It is private and secure and it may help to speed up the response for you.

Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.
If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.
If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.

Had similar situation but buyer gave me a neutral...I tried to get buyer to revise it but wouldn't.
It's still up...wonder if it was the same buyer...LOL.
It's a lot of work to get to try to change it. I just decided to let it go.
I don't think buyers look at such feedbacks anymore to regards to buying.
I wouldn't worry too much about it...buyers will still buy from you.
Block the buyer from future purchases and keep an eye out for a similar address where buyer uses a 'guest account'...
