Listed a phone with detailed description and had a lot of interest. 1st buyer completely flakes so canceled and relisted. Second buyer gives me run around and finally I cancel sale and sell it immediately Buy It Now. What irks me is when I go to warn others with negative feedback the only option is to click positive box?!?! WTH? I am proud of my rating and can’t even expose deadbeats?

Since around 2008 eBay decided the only type of feedback a seller can give buyers is positive.
The only way you would help other sellers is when you cancel unpaid transactions citing buyer didn't pay. This way the buyer gets an unpaid item strike against their account, 2 of those in a 12 month period will get that buyer blocked from sellers who have their buyer requirements set up to block those buyers.

As an ebayer with 24 years of history and 16 years since ebay changed the feedback policy, I guess you can count your blessings that it's been this long that you've never felt the need to neg a buyer!

You can set your Seller Preferences to automatically open and close an Unpaid Item claim. Cancelling yourself before 96 hours have passed may have given you a Defect.
And as you have learned, Auctions have a very high rate of Unpaid Items. With mass merchandise, it is best to use Fixed Price/Immediate Payment Required.
Because more than 85% of transactions are Fixed Price, no other seller would ever see your feedback left.
The one who sees your negative feedback would be your future potential buyer.
And buyers are wary of sellers who badmouth their customers.

Completely off subject, but that neutral you have, if it is less than 60 days old, you should request a removal. It should get removed.
Go to the Seller Help page. Towards the bottom of the screen you will see a place to click on to submit the feedback for removal.

It's been at least 15 years since eBay has allowed sellers to leave negative feedback for buyers.
We all need to read the rules and learn to work within the system.

I was looking at your one neutral feedback.
Hilarious!
"I did not buy this item."
My response would have been...
"If you didn't buy this item, you would not have been able to leave this feedback."
