I have a "neutral" feedback from October of last year.  It still shows up in my stats.  Will it be removed automatically in November?  Is there a way to verify the date that feedback is left?

It will not be removed, but it won't be counted any more one year after it was left. There is no way to determine exactly  when that was.

It looks as though you have about 26 positive feedbacks that will age off before the oldest neutral does though.
