2 negatives out of 11 feedback?
You can’t, and your account is probably toast.

Not that easy, friend. Did you reach out to those buyers and try to make them happy?
Your rating has sunk to 84%, so I am sorry to say you are headed for the end.

As others mentioned it is almost impossible to have the negative feedback removed. Looking at the negative comments you received it appears you have some product quality as well as logistical problems. Your items are located in India which probably causes some of the logistical problems. Not sure if you are also located in India or if you are drop shipping the later of which is a formula for disaster.

You have a bigger problem than neg FB. As soon as Disney finds your replica Star Wars and Marvel items you're going to face VeRO takedowns and policy violations for trademark infringement.

Good point and as proficient as the Vero program is I am surprised they have not caught this already. Of course his account may not last long enough for them to find the violations.

Looks like they already took them down, as I didn't see any for sale. Other issues with listings as well. Watermarks and font on the photos.

Start a new account after this account has settled all it's debts and cleared waivers(outside the window of Ebay's hands)and never i mean never promise something to a customer that you have no way fulfilling or fulfilling on time. Never use stock images, EVER. You can't polish a you know what but you can tell the truth which customers will appreciate more. In truth Ebay probably has you flagged and won't allow you to start over until customers can no longer open cases. Two out of 11 is not a good start.

I still see a number of listings but agree lots of issues and only a matter of time before they catch this.

I still see 19 fake Marvel shields (search: captain shield) and 12 fake Mandalorian helmets. I don't think they took any down. Looks like they're using others' photos, too. The neg FB will keep piling up.

If you keep listing all that new stuff as "antique," you've got a lot more negs in your future. Yes, I know, you put "reproduction" in the Item Specifics but that is not enough to save you from justified negs.

With the number of listings they have posted I think this seller knows what they're doing and doesn't give a flip what we have to say. If their concern was being a legit seller with a healthy selling account, their only concern wouldn't be how to remove justified neg FB - one left for their apparent late shipment and one left for the poor quality of the product that was different from the stock photo the seller stole from somewhere.
I dare the OP to prove me wrong. Take their own pics, take down the fake Disney stuff, clean up their key word spamming, be clear about exactly what they're selling and the materials used. The works. If they do all of that I'll eat my words, metaphorically speaking.

The "fake" part is pretty laughable. Just because some company has a license to reproduce trade mark items doesn't mean they produce quality products. One would be amazed at how much talent some people have at making custom Halloween masks and props. all the "real stuff" is made poorly and rushed by unskilled workers. It might be illegal but it's not better most of the time. His main problem is not the items but other aspects to selling outlined in red. One can get cute with titles. I'd personally love to have a trailer full of vintage star wars junk to milk. I used to sell a lot of vintage toys on my brother's account for him and I have carpal tunnel of the neck from shaking my head. I've also experienced some of the collectors of things and frankly they're not right in one part of their body. Gemmy? Ha!!! This guy probably has a market but he needs a better approach or refining.

In this case...you can't. It looks like it was justifiably deserved. I do have a couple of questions:
1. Are you drop shipping?
2. If the answer to 1 is no...then you have this stuff on hand and you obviously are not paying attention to quality issues? I agree with other comments here...it looks like your account is on a downward spiral to being negged and VEROd to a deep hole.
I just went back to check your shipping dates and I see you are from India too.....You are not in a great selling category......
Sorry dude....it's all bad news....

I never made a comment about the quality of "real" vs "fake" in general. I had family-made Halloween costumes as a kid that were a thousand times better than the officially licensed stuff sold in stores. That was for personal use, not something we would ever sell. The stuff I've seen cosplayers make themselves is unreal at times how amazing it is.
I made no comments about the quality of unlicensed products in general. I commented specifically about the OP's feedback speaking to the quality of their product and I commented that their unlicensed product puts them in danger of an account shut-down.
