What is it about buyers sending feedback? I always send good feedback on buyers. So. why don't I receive any from them? Whether it is good or bad. If bad, it will help me to improve myself.

Maybe 30% of buyers internet-wide leave feedback - it's just not really important to a lot of people and the novelty of buying online has long since worn off. Just keep up using best practices, and it looks like your existing FB speaks well for you.

we run 20-30%
as feedback for buyers is basically meaningless I would think that is why most don't bother.
Getting "no feedback" can be felt as "good feedback". 20
no feedbacks" is way better than one bad feedback.

I understand exactly where you're coming from. It bothers me that I don't get feedback most of the time on whether packages are received in good condition, especially since that reflects on how I'm packing items. Plus knowing whether the money paid out is "safe". But like the others my feedback score reflects about 20-30% of the total sales I've made. So basically you really can't force things, and the novelty of feedback wears off (even though I do it as a matter of practice on any transaction I make on ebay). So I monitor delivery times and if I see no word after 10 days or so I usually consider the buyer to be happy and the case to be closed.

@bearman.417 As you can see from the responses, this is typical of buyers these days to not bother with leaving FB. Things change and progress, feedback is not looked at as it used to be. Try to focus on your selling and doing your best, which you obviously are. You've developed enough FB already. Best of luck to you....

I have found in the past couple of years that they don’t leave feedback anymore. It’s just online buying, they don’t care where it came from. I see you have 100% as do I, so I don’t worry about getting feedback, more so I am concerned with staying at 100%

Sorry to rock your boat, but your buyer has 30 days to open an item not received case or item not as described case in the Resolution Center, so you may be considering the buyer to be happy and the case closed a little prematurely.

You have a more than respectable feedback total. What would 1320 do for you?
And bad feedback isn't the best way for a buyer to address a problem. I assume you've read the Money Back Guarantee for buyers?

I was getting feedback from buyers almost daily UNTIL they changed it to each one to a seller has HAS to be typed out and you can't use the drop down with pre used lines anymore. This seems to me a good reason for a buyer NOT to do feedback anymore especially if they are buying multiple items. Sigh, at least we still have the drop down for leaving feedback for our buyers but I wonder how long that's going to last.

No, trust me, you'd rather receive NO feedback than BAD feedback.
This day and age feedback is far less important than it used to be, but still buyers will probably at least take a look at your negatives before buying. You want there to be NO negatives for them to see. And if you do get a negative, the best thing you can do is respond to it non-emotionally, apologetically and professionally.
One thing you should NEVER do is pester buyers for feedback. IMO and something I do, it's okay to put a note in with each sale saying something like "if you are satisfied with your purchase, please leave positive feedback for me on ebay. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please message me inside ebay before leaving any feedback so I can make it right!"
Good luck
