Can a blocked buyer leave a feedback?

If the buyer made a purchase BEFORE you blocked them then yes they can leave feedback.

Also, it's worth noting I believe that they can still contact you even if you blocked them if you are currently engaged in an active transaction with them.

If it violates any feedback rules, you may be able to call and get it removed.

feedback rules are weak, if it's their "honest experience" it stays

they can totally leave you neg feedback after you block them, i just got one for declining a 50 day old return when my policy is only 30 days, eBay will not remove
