I have seen sellers comment on feedback but cannot figure out how or where to add a comment? I had someone leave feedback that was a non payer so the item was relisted after the allotted time frame and sold to another buyer. I'm not even sure how this person could leave feedback without a transaction?

If it's a positive I would leave it alone. Seller follow ups make sellers look bad more than they help and a positive is not noticeable when in a sea of other positives

If you filed the unpaid item dispute and closed it after at least 4 days passed without payment, the buyer should not have been able to leave feedback.  If they left the feedback while the dispute was still open, before it was closed as nonpayment, you could probably get the feedback removed.

I agree with others who said it would be best if you did not put a comment on a positive feedback that you received.
