Is there any way to removed a cancelled order from your leave feedback screen? They remain seemingly forever unless I leave feedback and I don't normally leave feedback for an order that the buyer cancelled. I did that one time saying buyer bought and never paid and then they hit me with a negative which is crazy because they never paid for the item. Ebay removed the negative.

The opportunity to leave feedback drops off after 60 days.

I just ignore those until they drop off after 60 days.

Might want to re-read a little bit. Sellers are NEVER allowed to leave any FB for buyers except positives. No negatives, no neutrals. Perhaps that's the reason your negative FB was removed.

We cannot leave "false positive" feedback for customers.
Cancellations are supposed to be a polite agreement between two consenting adults.
(Hm- that didn't come out quite the way it was meant to.)
Unpaid Item Disputes, which now are confusingly also called cancellations, give the deadbeat a Strike which is private information, but also allows any Seller to Block the deadbeat automatically, through Seller Preferences/Buyer Requirements.
Buyers can't cancel purchases. They can only request the Seller for a cancellation.
After that the Seller can decide to 'cancel' immediately which leaves both accounts clean, and BOTH parties can leave feedback. And the listing can be uploaded again immediately. This works well when both parties are content with the situation.
Or the Seller can wait four days and make the UID cancellation, which leaves the Strike and does not allow the deadbeat to leave feedback. Where the transaction is contentious, this is the better option.

I have had them. My solution was to not worry about it.
It is there because the option to leave feedback for a "buyer requested to cancel" transaction as, in the eyes of eBay, it is something that feedback can be left for.
You could leave feedback stating that the buyer was very polite by requesting to cancel before the item was shipped, and that you appreciate that they did that rather than creating a problem after shipping. It would then go away so that you would not be stressed about seeing it.
I have had them remain beyond 60 days. I clicked on one just to see what would happen. I could not leave feedback. It eventually went away.
