Feedback revision requests

My Feedback Revision Request to a customer expired. Oh-well, I am not going to worry about that negative feedback. My question is: Since the customer didnt respond and use it, do I as a seller get to "keep it"? Do I still have 5 per 1000 or calendar year, or do I lose that one?

A non response is treated the same as a response from the buyer. So any request a seller makes counts toward the seller's limit regardless of what the buyer does or doesn't do.
