Feedback question

Sold an item, dispatched within 1 hour of purchase. Seller left negative feedback after 7 days of purchase without contacting me saying item not received .

 

what else can I do shipping item within 1 hour of purchase, tracking is on item through Royal Mail but only updates if post man scans item when he posts it though letter box. It was only a £6 game but out of principle this is unfair as effects my ebay business. 

 

If i contacted eBay will they remove this ?

It's not you. Today's shopper is used to ordering an item online and having delivered within 24 hours. Here on eBay, the buyer only has the feedback to air his impatience, so you were the unlucky recipient of that.

 

After you send your request in for removal, check back in 30 minutes to see if they removed it.
