Hello Everyone... We Are International Seller From India. Here in India.

Ebay Blocked All Seller Listings That We Are Unable To Ship To Any Country Due To Corona Virus Effects. So Buyers Want Refunds. As Well In India Ebay / Paypal Sucks. In Ebay They Doesnt Checked Anything On Orders Only Send Stupid Email. And In Paypal We Are Unable To Add Fund In India.

For An Example If You Received Buyer Case For Item Not Received Than You Didnt Provide Them Refund. Because Of No Fund In Your Paypal Account As Paypal Daily Transfer The Amount To Your Account There is No Fund Yet As Last For Buyer Refund If Case Open. After Case Timelines Over Buyer Step In For Ebay And Ebay Refund To Buyer And Defect Count On Our Account. In That Case Where is Our Fault Where is Our Mistake. We initiated Refund Lots Of Time But Its Not Process Due To Ebay / Paypal Issue. And We Received Reply After Apply That This is Your Problem Without Checking the Details. They Reply Us. What A Funny Thing. In India Zero Service And Support Provide By Ebay.  As They Also Know In Paypal India There is No Option To Add Fund Then Why They Not Understand What is Going On.  Anyone Thanks For Reply.

I don't understand your problem, because it seems to be an issue with International shipping from India, which I am not familiar with. But I will say that I am sorry you are having this problem. It must be very stressful. Take care and hopefully these issues will be resolved soon.

You need to transfer enough money back into your PayPal account as quickly as possible to cover all the refunds you need to make.  Why do you have daily transfers out of your account?  Is that something you have to do?

 

It is unlikely that any of us here can help you.  But here is some information on how you can get in touch with Ebay for some customer service.  I would recommend Facebook, but there are other options.

Sorry to hear of your troubles. If i follow what you are saying, i had some thoughts.

 

First, it is important not to deplete one’s PayPal account so that there are funds always available for return refunds. As the other poster suggested, can you set your PayPal account up so that the funds are not automatically removed every day, especially if you cannot put funds into your India PayPal?

 

Second, if you are unable to ship to some countries due to the pandemic, you can set up your country exclusions under your Account Shipping Preferences. If you do this, those buyers located in the excluded country will be blocked from purchasing your items. This should help to forestall some of your returns.

 

Last, consider shutting down your international sales for a time until the pandemic situation improves. You need to protect your eBay account or you will find it compromised if you are unable to process the returns you have. You could face penalties for this. 

I hope you are able to figure it out soon. Remember, eBay looks out for the buyers first and foremost. Sellers have to protect their own interests. Best of luck to you.

Other Things We Received Order Before India Lock Down. India Lock Down From 21/MAR/2020 We Received Order Before. We Put Our Account On Vacation Mode With All Hide Listing. Now Buyers Open Cases. What We Do???

WE can't help you here.  You need to contact PayPal and find out how you can fund your account so you can refund your customers.  You have a PayPal problem you need to resolve.
