What the flatfacedflugglehorse is going on with viewing feedback?  Seems every time I go into that area, I get that stupid message "It's not you, it's us".

It's a glitch. You will have to wait until they fix it.

I just left feedback for the two transactions I had with no problems. 

I went to my Feedback Profile and had no problems viewing it.

More likely it is you, not them.  Sign out.  Clear cookies and cache.  Sign back in.
