Discount continues to lower prices on my items even though it has ended

I created a 20% discount on my store back in August. It lasted a week and ended. However, items selling are still being discounted 20%. How do I stop this?

Ebay has the WORST Customer Service!

Tell me different. They have continuously hung up on me dragged me through the mud as a seller and have never been able to resolve ANY issues I have. Yall have the same experience ?

What are ya'll's experience on deciding what percentage off to send offers at?

A mate of mine mentioned that the best way to send offers is around 20% to 25%, otherwise it doesn’t work at all. Is this true in your experience?Also, is there any way to cancel sent offers other than relisting the item?

Resolved! Buyer charged full price after I accepted their counter offer

Sent an offer to watcher. Watcher countered and I accepted the counter offer. Buyer purchased item but was charged full price. I refunded the difference, but does anyone know why this happened?

How to Sort Listings Alphabetically
