Does anyone know of a number to speak with a REAL person at Ebay? I was told I would have a negative feedback removed within 24-48 hrs and it has been 5 days with no removal. Thanks for any

Who told you it would be removed?
Since the title of your post is Feedback Revision, does that mean you sent a revision request to the buyer?

It's very difficult to get feedback removed and yours doesn't seem to violate any policies. Who told you it was going to be removed?
