I have a buyer who does all her EBAY from her IPhone and says she cannot post me feedback because what we sold her was delivered First Class Mail (in an envelope) that does not come with tracking. She says that she cannot post feedback because the lack of tracking does not show it as delivered (She did receive it) , QUESTION: Can she, on her end, click on something on her EBAY Page to show she received it or that it was delivered so she can post us feedback? (*NOTE: she told us she doesn't use her home computer that often and like to do everything from the IPHONE.)

Tracking has nothing to do with feedback, and she can leave feedback anytime either before or after delivery.

For some reason, it would appear that your buyer doesn't want to leave feedback, or just doesn't want to be bothered. There is no 'timing' when feedback can or should be posted - it is voluntary. For many sellers, 30% is about the ratio of feedback left vs feedback not left. Perhaps best just to shrug and move on - bugging people for feedback often just ticks them off.

Forgive me if I am in error, but it seems like you believe that feedback is the way to prove an item has been delivered.
Tracking is the only proof eBay will accept that an item has been delivered.
You probably need to avoid pressuring buyers about leaving FB because that can result in something you do not want to see on your feedback page.

Tracking has nothing to with feedback. Your buyer is is clearly reluctant to leave you feedback, so I would just drop the topic.
Why is the feedback important to you? I am guessing that you need it so that eBay will release your funds, since you have no tracking?

She can do it on her phone, if she goes into purchases and clicks on item info..it will show delivery in progress but" leave a feedback "will be there. Always get tracking for your protection.

In the time it took her to reply to you, feedback could of been left. She has chosen not to, for whatever reason.
One of my top ten rules:
Never ask for feedback.
**Be careful of what you ask for.

I have seen other complaints that the eBay app will not allow a user to leave feedback unless tracking shows delivery. I have not encountered this myself, but I will try to check next time a seller sends me a shipment without tracking.
Your buyer should still be able to leave feedback using a browser rather than the app. But feedback is voluntary, and I would suggest avoiding anything that may come across as pestering the buyer to leave feedback.

I agree with the advice here - don't force the issue. A buyer may be unhappy with some aspect of their purchase but is trying to follow the "if you have nothing good to say, say nothing at all" rule. Pressuring for feedback could backfire on you.

Feedback is VOLUNTARY. Nobody has to leave it. Some choose not to leave it, and that is perfectly fine.
Never force the issue - you may get something you really don't want.

First class mail comes with tracking. It sounds like you're putting stamps on your items and sending them out. If you can't track the item then how will you know it it's received and pretty much removes your seller protection. Unscrupulous buyers could claim "item not received".
