Where the heck do I find the fee schedule that was published in the Spring update? I'll be diddly darned if I can calculate what I think the fees should be and match the amount eBay is sending to my bank. Seven sales since joining MP, and a grand total of ONE matches what I think it should be. The one sticking in my craw right now is a lousy $10 sale where after FVF item, FVF tax, 30 cent handling fee and my shipping (which was free to customer) deducted, eBay is sending 82 cents less to the bank than I think I should have. The sale was a small aluminum tray listed in Home & Garden>Kitchen>Serveware>Trays. $.82 is a large discrepancy on a $10 item. On larger sales I've just figured "whatever" or "this was GSP, had to be a foreign credit card used". But I ought to be able to balance a $10 item shipping to Colorado!

I'll bet you a Nickle the deductions are correct ... just some fee you overlooked. 😉

I can tell you're in Managed Payments. Go to the Help & Contact pages and Search 'Selling Fees for Managed Payments Sellers'. They're different from the ones shown in the link posted above... sorry, but I don't know how to attach links.

The fees are calculated on the buyer's full payment amount:
price + shipping + tax
Check the Order Details page to see if the buyer paid any tax:
( US state sales tax, VAT, GST, etc )
For details, see the appropriate link below
