Fastest way to get Above Standard?

What is the fastest way to achieve an Above Standard seller rating?  I want to participate in the Global Shipping program.

Above Standard is the default.  Even a brand-new seller who has never sold anything has Above Standard status.  The only other two possibilities are "Top Rated Seller" and "Below Standard." There is no just plain "Standard" rating. To get "Below Standard" rating, a seller must acquire evaluation defects such as an excessive number of cancellations or problems with buyer cases.

To be Above Standard, you need to meet the criteria for Above Standard. 

The fastest way to do that depends entirely on which criteria you are not meeting. 

Unless you tell us why you are not meeting the Above Standard criteria, we can't tell you how to fix it.
