False report of defects shown

Your defect report claims that  5 items were not mailed timely sold at DOULTONANDMORE.    Every item I sold in the past years was mailed immediately within hours most of the time unless purchased late saturday or on a holiday when mail was not possible.   It appears that the slow mail coupled with my not using the tracking system registered 5 defects buyers who received their items late caused by the slow US Postal service.   Clearly, the cause was not my immediate mailout but by the sabotaged US Mail system     Request these false 5 slow mailout defects be removed immediately.   I now use the tracking system every time I sell anything.

  The US Postal service was sabotaged by the last administration that hired DeJoy to be the Post master with mission to slow up election mail by the last president.   I am now very angry at Ebay removing about 100 of my listings for false reasons.   I am now thinking seriously of migrating totally to Etcy.   But I have done well with Ebay in the past.  I simply want Ebay to remedy their mistake that has screwed up my very active productive Ebay store DOULTONANDMORE.   In addition. at least two buyers lied in the past and were allowed to give undeserved negative feedback.  While at fixing the mess made with my productive store I hope Ebay will remove those false feedbacks.    I have never done anything to deserve a false feedback in 20 years.

As you state, not using USPS tracking is what is causing your defect issues.

Is there a reason you are not?  Using tracking is the only way to correct this mess.
