False Seller's, How to flag them?

So, I bought an item a long time ago. It was absolutely terrible (cosplay from China, for context) and was sold at $100+ when it was crappy acrylic painted on clothes, without acrylic solution so it hardened like a rock. I found the same exact item posted here--posted by a seller called qizzh_40--like exact images used, exact contact information, everything. I contacted them to ask them if this was the same cosplay made the same way or was it an actual, wearable attire (this was said in a nice fashion so they wouldn't just block me out, but I actually said, "or is this an actual wearable kimono?") in which they simply responded with "I'm sorry. We don't have the clothes you need. Thank you."

i.e. it is the exact same terrible, unwearable cosplay and they are selling it for the same price without a care.  I want to report this individual, as they are selling terrible, unwearable clothing products. But there's no way to report. Should I just...It's not my problem, don't worry about it? Or is there actually something I can do?

Cosplay? Does the copyright holder know that the fake costume is being sold here?

That company has a legal department to shut down counterfeiters.

When you purchased and received this item a long time ago, did you not open an item not as described case, return the item and get a refund?

Did you not leave the appropriate feedback for the situation?

Have gathered from posts here that eBay does not do much about reports like you want to leave.

How do they know you're not just a competitor trying to get the seller in trouble?

You can report any item from the item listing page.  Depending on the report, e-Bay may take action.

Would still report it if you feel strongly about the item being fake, etc.

E-Bay does not reveal if they take action, but if several report something, perhaps they do.
