False Feedback

I had a buyer try to scam me out of $100 and when I didn't fall for it, they left false feedback that product I sold them was stolen. I tend to only sell iPhones on eBay when I purchase an upgraded version. I haven't been on eBay in about 9 months and because I noticed the feedback after 90 days, eBay will not remove it form my account.

You're trying to get a feedback removed from 9 months ago? I don't think there is anything you can do about it. You should probably check on your account more frequently just to monitor things.

eBay would probably not remove it anyway.

There is nothing in Bay policy that says that feedback is removable simply because it is false.

Ya but false feedback  and an attempt to ruin a buyers  business by publicly accusing them of being a criminal  should be considered two different things IMO . There's  buyer opinion and then there's slander  which I believe e bay should take more serious . Tulips

Public accusations against an individual  of being a criminal  without proof is indeed slander . IMO e bay should have removed the feedback regardless of when it was posted . Tulips
