So I can't find away to write eBay back its not worth calling over I received a item that didn't work it was a key fob I asked the seller to refund an he said I had to send it back I said fine but I need a return label he wanted me to pay it wouldn't have been worth it an didn't seem fair to me so I opens a complaint an they sent the return label well I printed the shipping label an went a head an left my feed back an b4 I could return the fob my sister went in labor I went to hospital an was there a couple of days an I knew that my time was up to return that fob an I wouldn't get a refund life got in the way an I was fine with that but then I get a email saying that my feedback was removed !Really! Y? This makes no since I only wrote the truth that I had to open a complaint to get a refund at no cost to me an they removed it I do look at feed back ratings when buying things an it makes me wonder if its doing any good if there just going to remove the feedback left that they dont like now I'm realizing y when I look at feedback its hard to find the negative feedback BC there removing it if ur gonna do this what's the point in letting us even read it the feedback to me now just seems fake an I dont think I will even bother lookin at it I most defnetly will not buy from that buyer again an I think eBay should have a restricted button so that we can put buyers we dont wanna buy from on an we should be able to respond to ebays emails they send
