Failure to cancel orders due to lack of payment

Ebay used to have an option to automatically relist an item after 30 days of nonpayment.  I have three items that it failed to do it on.  There is no way for me to cancel the order.  I can relist them which I have.  But it still shows it under awaiting payment tab.  Anybody else have this issue?

Are you following the procedure for the new unpaid item process?

My account is set in preferences for automatically cancelling when unpaid expires.  There is not a cancellation button on the orders.
