FREE LISTINGS: Where is subtotal? What dates are used?

I've just discovered eBay have charged me fees for items I've listed, having felt sure I was well below the 300 per month.  My questions are: WHERE does it show many how many free listings I have available & HOW do eBay work the "month"?  Is it a calendar month or 4 weeks or 30 days?  I can't find the answers.    It's bad enough having to adapt to this without the lack of clarity.

@clydeandrascal  You may want to ask this on the UK board as this is the eBay US, which tends to have different parameters.

I do know that on the US seller hub you can find how many listings you have left under "promotional offers".

You are on the .com discussion board so most of us aren't that familiar with the UK site but on this site, the sellers hub page shows you how many free listings you have used and are available for the calendar month.   If you want to ask on the UK board the url is https://community.ebay.co.uk/

This can happen when you run a lot of auctions, especially short duration (5 day) ones.

I looked at your list of completed listings, and I found 232 listings that you have started since Oct 1, and it looks like you have 78 listings that are active now. So that is about 310 so far this month. eBay does go by the calendar month for calculating this.

As others noted on the US site at least it's on your seller hub under promoted listings and looks like this.
