FB order has no field to add tracking number or contact buyer. Can't add tracking to order.

Sold hundreds of items on facebook, but this one sale will not let me add a tracking number. I cannot even contact the buyer and get a query error when trying to contact FB support. Anyone else seeing this?

You are on the wrong planet.  This is NOT FB.

How long has it been? I'm not sure but I think you must do this by 5 days. From your News Feed click Marketplace-click your Account-click Shipping Orders-click the item you want to update. Click Edit Tracking Number--go from there.

I have this problem now. Buyer got package and their money back because I couldn't add tracking number within 5 days. I have tried everything I know to do.  2 weeks later and I mailed package today and it won't let me add tracking number.  Is there a live person to talk too?
